In a time, not that long ago, I watched my children’s eyes sparkle with wonder, bathed in the cosy glow of our Christmas tree, and I realised how fast they were growing up. 

I decided then to try and preserve the enchanting magic of their childhood in a tradition of beautiful festive photos each year. Today, those cherished photos grace my home and warm my heart and now that my children have grown, I am so grateful I chose to treasure those moments when they were little.

  • A £35 session booking fee will reserve and confirm your 20-30 minute photo session in our purpose-built studio in Berwick upon Tweed with Sarah Jamieson, professional children's photographer.

  • Use of a selection of our lovely Christmas backdrops and props.

    A fun and heartwarming experience for everyone.

    Helpful reminders and information via email or text message before the shoot.

    A colour-printed price list to take away, with great value photo packages from £100.

  • A personal, password-protected website gallery will be sent to you so that you and your family can view and purchase your beautiful Christmas photographs from (all packages now include free first-class postage). This means that you won’t need to re-visit the studio to view, purchase or collect your photographs.

    ‘Dancer’ £100, Includes 4 high-quality lab-processed photographic prints.

    ‘Comet’ £200, includes 5 high-resolution digital files and 10 high-quality lab-processed photographic prints.

    ‘Blitzen’ £230 includes a download of all of the high-resolution digital files from your session so you can store and print at home to your hearts content. Ideal for those who like to print their own photographs and make gifts for family.

    ‘Vixen’ £350, All high-resolution digital files and 20 high-quality lab-processed photographic prints. Perfect for families who like to store all of their photographs digitally whilst also having the very best quality photo prints to display.

  • All you need to do is click the ‘book now’ button below then select a date and time for your session from the calendar, click continue then fill in your details, we will confirm your booking appointment by email and you will receive some handy reminders and information on what to bring leading up to the session.

  • There is a booking fee payable which secures your chosen date and time. The booking fee is non-returnable. However, it is transferable if you need to reschedule.

    For a shoot to be rescheduled, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your booking start time. If there is still availability online, you can reschedule your session straight from a button on your confirmation email.

  • From sitting unassisted (roughly 7/8 months) to about the age of 12.

    Older children and teenagers with younger siblings are welcome but most of our smaller sets are catered toward little humans.

  • Absolutely! Parents and extended family can join in on some of the bigger sets.

    It will be a wonderful memory for you and your children if you are all in a photo as a family together.

  • Yes, we love doing Christmas pawtraits of well-behaved pooches! After all, they are part of the family! We do prefer it if you book towards the end of the day and please let us know the name and breed of your pup when you book.

  • As soon as you book your Christmas Mini Session you will receive an email confirmation with information on what to expect, what to bring and ideas for what to wear, watch your inbox for more timely reminders and updates.
