International Service Design Northumbria, Northumbria University hosted a half-day colloquium at The Sage Gateshead on issues around designing services and Pictorial Photography documented the event. Big names such as Phillips, LiveWork, Design Council, IDEO, The Engine Group and RED turned out to make this a very successful and reoccurring event.
